Hee-Chan Cho

Hee-Chan Cho is a Visiting Fellow at the Korea Institute of Public Finance. His research lies at the intersection of public policy and technology, focusing on how artificial intelligence (AI) shapes policy decision-making and the governance challenges it raises. His current work examines the organizational and managerial conditions that support and sustain effective and responsible AI initiatives in public institutions, with the broader aim of fostering innovation and improving public services. He previously served as a postdoctoral researcher at the Center for Computational Social Science at Hanyang University and as a visiting scholar at the School of Public Affairs at Arizona State University.
