GovTech Maturity Index: The State of Public Sector Digital Transformation

On September 16th, 2021, the World Bank Group held a launch event for the GovTech Maturity Index. 

The GovTech Maturity Index (GTMI) measures key aspects in four focus areas of public sector digital transformation including core government systems, public service delivery, citizen engagement, and GovTech enablers.
